1. Services

Red Panda Locksmith ("we", "us", "our") provides professional locksmith services in the Greater Seattle, Washington area including but not limited to: car lockouts, home lockouts, lock rekeying, lock replacement, key programming, and broken key extraction. All services are performed by licensed technicians. License: WA-LIC-L07341 (REDPAPL752B8), valid through 1/28/2027.

2. Service Call Fee

A service call fee starting from $99 applies to all service requests. The final cost depends on the complexity of the job, time of day, and location. We provide an upfront quote before any work begins. You are not obligated to proceed if you do not agree with the quoted price.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. We accept: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, PayPal, and Square Cash App. Prices may vary based on: • Time of service (standard vs. after-hours) • Complexity of the job • Parts required (key blanks, lock hardware, etc.) • Your location within our service area

4. Service Area

We serve the Greater Seattle area including: Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Kent, Everett, Lynnwood, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Edmonds, Renton, Tacoma, Snoqualmie, and Shoreline. Response time is typically 15–45 minutes depending on traffic and your location.

5. Availability

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays. Response times may be longer during extreme weather, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you confirm that: • You are the legal owner of the property or vehicle, or have authorized permission to access it • You have provided accurate information about the service needed • You will be present at the service location to verify your identity if required We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect unauthorized access attempts.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you experience issues with a service we performed within 30 days, contact us and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the issue is related to our workmanship and not caused by external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Red Panda Locksmith is not liable for: • Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles • Consequential or indirect damages • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
